Welcome to the holiday apartment “Poz,” a serene retreat offering a place for unforgettable moments and genuine relaxation, away from the stresses of daily life. Our bright and tastefully furnished apartment spans 55 m² and accommodates up to six guests. Unwind in the spacious living area, which features a sofa that can convert into an additional bed if needed, or savor the stunning views from your own private balcony.

Prices
- The prices are per flat and night for two persons for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- Children aged 0-2.99 years stay for free, while children aged 3 to 13.99 years pay half the daily rate.
- For a personalized offer, please feel free to contact us.
- The price does NOT include the tourist tax (local tax) of xx € per person and night (over 14 years), which must be paid on site.

Arrival and departure
- The holiday flat is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 9:30 AM on the day of departure.
- Check-in is available until 7:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us by phone.
- In the event of a late arrival, early departure (including due to weather conditions beyond our control), or no-show, a 100% charge will apply based on the booking rate.
Last-minute changes
We also ask you to inform us if the number of persons no longer corresponds to the booking.
Reservation
The reservation is valid upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay and our written confirmation. The deposit must be paid within 5 days of the booking date.
Payments
Payment by credit card or any other card is unfortunately not possible, we ask you to pay the bill in cash, by bank cheque or by bank transfer within 48 hours before departure.
Pets
Pets are only accepted on request with extra charge, please understand.
Non-smoking apartment
Please also understand that smoking is not permitted in our holiday flat.
Cancellation insurance
- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price. If you cancel later, arrive late or leave early, we charge 100% of the booked stay.
- We recommend taking out travel insurance to protect yourself against potential cancellation costs.

Cancellation of the reservation
The reservation can be cancelled up to 1 month before arrival without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. Within 1 month up to 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged.

Experience an unforgettable holiday at Tescere-Hof, located in the picturesque village of Laguschel, just 2 km from the center of San Martino in Badia. Our farm offers a unique atmosphere that reflects the Ladin culture and is surrounded by breathtaking mountains and meadows.
From the terrace or balcony, enjoy stunning views of the Heilig Kreuzkofel and the surrounding mountain landscape. Listen to the chirping of birds and the sounds of grazing animals as you take in the scent of larch trees in the air.
Discover Campill
Campill is situated at the end of a picturesque 6 km road, connecting to San Martino in Badia and the SS 244 state road. While you are surrounded by serene mountain nature, popular tourist destinations are within easy reach. The Pikolein gondola and the ski areas of Kronplatz (part of the Dolomiti Superski) are also nearby. The Campill Valley offers a peaceful atmosphere, numerous cultural treasures, and a variety of sports opportunities for both summer and winter.

To reach our holiday flat in Campill by car, we recommend taking the Val Pusteria main road (SS49). At San Lorenzo (near Brunico), you can branch off onto the Val Badia main road (SS24). This route is suitable in bad weather and helps you avoid the Dolomite passes, such as the Würzjoch (closed in winter), Grödnerjoch, Campolongojoch, and Falzaregojoch, which may close during adverse conditions.
You can also reach us by public transport: take the train to Brunico and then the bus to Campill. Link to the current timetables…
